An exciting opportunity for SLV teens is being offered at the Boulder Creek Parks and Recreation District. This new youth leadership program will be a mixture of social activities and community volunteer projects! It is proving very popular, and teens are encouraged to join in! It’s called the Junior Volunteers Program, and meets on Fridays, twice a month in the evening from 6:30 to 7:30. The program started January 15th, but new teens are welcome. They meet at 13200 Highway 9, Suite A. Please call or email Hallie for information on upcoming meetings.
The program is free for teens, so help is needed to help fund the program. If you are interested in helping fund this program or other youth services in our area, please contact the Hallie at the Rec Hall:
