We hope to see you at our 45th Annual Members & Friends Meeting on 4/30. This year’s theme is “Roots in Community,” and we look forward to showcasing incredible stories that make our community so unique.
As you know, the community is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe it is the foundation of a healthy and happy society. We are constantly amazed by the acts of kindness, resilience, and community spirit we witness daily. We also want to celebrate and honor your moments on our website, social media, and in meetings.
To illustrate what community means to you, we want to hear about a moment when the community impacted you – whether it was a direct experience or one witnessed. Your story could be one of kindness, resilience, or community spirit. We seek an authentic story, one that captures the essence of our community.
Share your authenticity by thinking of a moment that made you proud of your community. Tell the story with details that illustrate this moment. Your story can be up to 300 words, and if possible, please include any pictures that support your story visually. Please make sure the images are at least 800 pixels wide and include photo credit, caption, and names of those pictured.
Send your community story and photos by 4/21/2023.
We will select a few stories to feature in our upcoming newsletters and may share other stories on our website, social media, and at our meetings.
Thank you!
