SLV Native Habitat Restoration Program Welcomes AmeriCorps

The Valley Women’s Club, SLV Native Habitat Restoration Program, and Santa Cruz County Parks are pleased to announce the return for the 4th year of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC). They will be in the Valley February through April 2019.

2018 in Review

While 2018 has been full of issues, activities and new challenges, the Valley Women’s Club also maintains the traditions that bring us together as a community: the General Meeting, the Redwood Mountain Faire, and the Annual River & Road Clean Up. Halloween Crossing Guards Needed in Boulder Creek

Halloween is approaching and the VWC is again supporting the Boulder Creek Business Association with pedestrian safety control during Trick or Treating downtown. Volunteers are needed to help show pedestrians what route to follow and where to cross Hwy 9 safety with the crossing guards.
